By using the site, you agree to this Policy. 1. Information you give us. Name, business name, email, phone, business address and job title; what you tell VERA or our team; your order, package and add-on selections; your typed signature and the boxes you check at checkout; and anything you send through our cancellation, beta or contact forms. 2. Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number goes directly to Stripe and is not stored by Zion. We receive limited details such as card type, last four digits, billing name and payment status. Stripe's use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy. 3. VERA and voice conversations. VERA is an AI assistant, not a person. When you tap "Talk to VERA" and allow microphone access, your voice is sent to our AI service providers to understand and respond to you in real time. Conversations may be recorded, transcribed and stored so we can follow up with you, improve VERA and keep records. The microphone is only used while a conversation is active, and you can end it at any time. Do not share payment card numbers, passwords or sensitive personal information with VERA. 4. Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, links clicked, referring website, and date and time of visits, collected through cookies and similar technologies. When you accept our Terms of Service, we record the date, time, IP address and Terms version as proof of your agreement. 5. How we use information. To provide, set up and bill for our services; process payments and prevent fraud; respond to you and schedule calls; send service, billing and account messages; keep records of agreements and resolve disputes, including payment disputes; improve our website, VERA and services; and meet legal obligations. We may also send you marketing about Zion's services, which you can opt out of at any time. 6. Text messages. If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments, account and services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except service providers that deliver our messages for us. 7. How we share information. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers that help us run our business, such as payment processing (Stripe), website hosting (Base44), AI voice and language services, CRM, email and text messaging providers, and scheduling tools, each only as needed to perform services for us; professional advisors such as attorneys and accountants; authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights, collect amounts owed or respond to a payment dispute; and a buyer or successor if Zion's business is sold or reorganized. 8. Information we handle for our clients. When we provide services to a client business, we may process information about that client's leads and customers, including contact details, messages, call recordings and transcripts. We handle that information on the client's behalf and under our agreement with them. The client is responsible for their own privacy notices and for having consent to contact their customers. If you are a customer of one of our clients, contact that business with privacy requests, or contact us and we will forward your request. 9. Cookies. We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site, such as login and checkout, may not work without them. 10. How long we keep information. As long as needed to provide services and for legitimate business and legal purposes, including tax, accounting, agreement and dispute records. Agreement and payment records are kept for at least as long as the law requires and any dispute could arise. VERA recordings and transcripts not tied to an account are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. 11. Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 12. Your choices and rights. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and out of texts by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to appeal our decision on a request. Email team@ziondoesitbetter.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the time the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Some information may be kept where the law allows, such as billing and agreement records. 13. Children. Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it. 14. Changes and contact. We may update this Policy and will post the new version here with its effective date.
